Shipping policy

All computers are carefully inspected, packaged, and verified free of damages and defects before and after packaging. If you would like your build to be insured for full or partial damage protection through Canada Post, please let us know before proceeding with payment. We are not responsible for any mishandling and damages caused by the postal service, therefore the customer will not be reimbursed or replaced for any not working or damaged parts. All items/ builds are photographed before and after packaging to ensure Hydra Custom Computers and it's employees are not liable for mishandling by postal services.
