Returns

Unfortunately, we have a no return policy due to the nature of ordering and assembling products.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and come up with a solution. All items are picture documented to be free of damage, at the time of packaging, and are carefully/securely packaged. If you did not opt for shipping insurance through Canada Post, unfortunately the customer will not be reimbursed for possible damages caused by shipping services.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

No exceptions for any built items. We are not responsible for defective items, as all builds are tested and working before shipping to the customer. For manufacturer warranty replacement of any parts, please contact us so we can assist in finding a fix to your issue. 

We also cannot accept returns for on sale items or parts due to price fluctuations.


Exchanges 

Exchanges are not permitted by this business, as parts ordered would be past their return window and cause a loss to the business. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me and we will try our best to come up with a solution for your issue.


Refunds 

Unfortunately due to the process of selecting parts, ordering, and building the customers computer, refunds cannot be processed for any reason, and are not permitted.
